We offer wetland delineation and permitting services in accordance with section 404 of the Clean Water Act and as administered by the US Army Corps of Engineers and the US Environmental Protection Agency.

These services are useful in aiding the owner in site and roadway development by early identification of potential impacts to established wetland areas and, if necessary, in mitigating for unavoidable impacts during the wetland permitting process.

Activities resulting in the discharge of dredged or fill materials into a wetland or other water of the US generally will require a general, nationwide, or individual Section 404 permit as issued by the Army Corps of Engineers.
